At Institute for artificial Intelligence and machine Perception (a.k.a., Laboratory of intelligent information processing), we focus on research and development in artificial intelligence and applications in visual information perception, processing, compression, understanding, analytics, etc.
We have also actively participated in developing international standards such as H.265/HEVC, H.266/VVC, JPEG-AI, MPEG VCM, etc.
